Psycho-Frame Announce That Their Vocalist Jonathan Whittle is Leaving

Big changes are on the horizon for deathcore band Psycho-Frame, including a significant shift in their lineup. Earlier today, the band announced that vocalist Jonathan Whittle will no longer be part of the group going forward.

In a post shared on their Instagram page, the band revealed that the decision was mutual, citing Whittle’s inability to commit to full-time touring as the reason for his departure. For an up-and-coming band, such limitations can be a significant challenge.

“Hey everyone, Before we enter this next chapter of P-F, we wanted to share some news.

Whittle is no longer doing vocals for the band on recording or live due to not being able to tour full time. When we first started this thing we didn’t intend for it to go as far as it has, but 2025 will prove to be a very different story.

With that being said, we love the music we made together, so much so that a couple of us have already started a new band with him called @warspawnhc. Follow the page, listen to the teaser, and keep an eye out for the debut EP due this spring. It’s ready to go and an entirely different animal.

As to who is filling the spot, you will find out in the very near future. See you Monday. With love and gratitude, P-F”

Interestingly, while Whittle is stepping away from Psycho-Frame, he remains active in the music scene. He’s now part of Warspawn, a new band that also includes Psycho-Frame’s Hunter Young. Warspawn has already teased their debut EP, set to release this spring, and offered fans a preview of their upcoming work.
