No Doubt To Perform At Fireaid Concert In A Rare Reunion, Gwen Stefani To Join

Gwen Stefani and her No Doubt bandmates are reuniting for a meaningful cause.

FireAid L.A. made the announcement on Instagram that No Doubt, who recently reunited for a performance at Coachella in 2024, will once again come together for a benefit concert on Jan. 30. The event aims to raise money and awareness for Los Angeles wildfire relief efforts.

The FireAid concert’s primary goal is to generate funds for rebuilding communities and supporting measures to prevent future fire disasters throughout Southern California. This comes after several wildfires devastated the region, claiming the lives of over two dozen people and displacing tens of thousands of residents, including many celebrities.

In addition to No Doubt, a star-studded lineup of performers is set to take the stage to support the cause. Some of the other notable artists include Billie Eilish, Finneas, Earth, Wind & Fire, Gracie Abrams, Green Day, Jelly Roll, Joni Mitchell, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Lil Baby, Pink, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rod Stewart, Sting, Stephen Stills, Stevie Nicks, and Tate McRae.

The concert will be held at the Intuit Dome and Kia Forum, and will feature unique collaborations between artists, including one between Dave Matthews Band and John Mayer, who will perform together for a special set.

Tickets for the concert will go on sale on Wednesday, Jan. 22, at 12 p.m. PT through Ticketmaster.com.

Fans from around the world will also have the opportunity to watch the event live on multiple streaming platforms, including Apple Music, Apple TV app, Max, iHeartRadio, Netflix/Tudum, Paramount+, and various broadcast networks.

No Doubt previously reunited to perform at Coachella in April 2024 for the first time since 2015. Stefani, reflecting on the performance in an interview with BANG, shared her excitement about reuniting with her bandmates Tom Dumont, Tony Kanal, and Adrian Young.

“Performing at Coachella and feeling all that love for us after all this time was kind of overwhelming,” Stefani, 55, said. “We hadn’t done anything together for so long, so to do that and be there for each other, with all of our families, meant so much to me.”

She continued, “It had been so long, but it was as if we had never been apart. I feel incredibly lucky.”

During their Coachella performance, Stefani wore a ’90s-inspired outfit, including ripped black tights, cutoff denim shorts, and a white tank top. She performed several No Doubt hits such as “Don’t Speak,” “It’s My Life,” “Spiderwebs,” and “Just a Girl,” and also brought Olivia Rodrigo onstage to perform “Bathwater.”

The band’s reunion marks a significant moment, especially after their separation in the mid-2010s. Stefani had previously explained in an interview with Rolling Stone that the split was due to the band growing apart in terms of the kind of music they wanted to create.

No Doubt formed in 1986 and released six albums during their time together, with their most recent album in 2012.
